This four part document was originally written almost two months ago. I didn't think it would be fair to spring it on the media, the Colorado Springs government or the 4th Judicial District without their having seen it. To date, not a single individual working in government has contacted me save one legislator who got this as a result of a request for a meeting. If you think the legal system isn't completely broken, you will change your mind after reading this.
About This Document
September 8, 2008
• It is provided for information
• Nothing in this document is intended to be a criticism of any action of my attorney. I believe he is responsible for saving me from what appears to be a scam designed to take my life savings. Had he not suggested that we file a lawsuit to find out what response we would get, I would never have been able to deduce that I was dealing with anything but a simple building errors situation. That he stuck with this for eight years is nothing short of amazing.
• Nothing in this document is intended to be an outright claim that anyone is a criminal. If that has happened, it was done in error. On the other hand, the events described herein are accurately described and are intended to present a logical case that a series of crimes were committed against me. For eight years, I was completely outside the protection of the law. Worse, those charged with enforcing the law and rules were actively working against me. That isn’t exactly the way the system should work.
• I intend to go public with this after the election. That allows those who need to cover their backsides with an investigation time to do so. Keep in mind that much of what I describe is in the public record so there isn’t going to be a lot of opportunity to do much manipulation-not that anyone would do that.
• I have no intention of suing anyone.
• I want the system fixed. All aspects of the system.
• I’m not very interested in retribution, but some of my actions may seem as though I am. 1) I believe that the Commission on Judicial Discipline is as reluctant to protect the public as every other organization that the Supreme Court supervises appears to be. I will eventually do a pro forma complaint against Judge Schwartz for obvious ethics rules violations (tolerating gross attorney misconduct, failing to make timely rulings, unnecessarily appointing two special masters). 2) I will offer my services to the Defense Bar whenever a certain police officer testifies in a major prosecution. After what he appears to have tried to do to me, I can’t see how his testimony on any subject could be credible. I will be happy to say that to any jury. 3) I will make a pro forma complaint against a certain attorney, again expecting nothing to happen.
• This document does not mention or my multiple attempts to stop both the attorney and judicial misconduct as that didn’t seem Germaine.
